was founded in August 1992. Our corporation is a professional
company engaged in project management, project tendering &
bidding and cost consultation. The business scope coverage extends
municipal projects of road, bridge, tunnel, water-supply &
drainage and sewage treatment, subway & light rail projects,
equipment installation projects, greening & landscaping
projects, civil defense projects, building construction projects,
decoration works as well as project tendering & bidding,
cost & technological consultation, etc.
We have attached great importance to quality management. In
July, 1998, we obtained GB/T 19002-1994 idt ISO9002; 1994 Quality
System Certificate and UKAS certificate with UK Imperial Crown.
In September, 2001, we received GB/T19001-2000-IS09001:2000
Quality System Certificate and ISO09001:2000 Quality System
Certificate.

We possess over 700 qualified employees in all kinds of specialties.
Among which, there are 110 project management engineers registered
by the state and 2 famous experts who enjoy the special allowance
provided by the state. 25% of our employees have senior titles,
48% intermediate one. All the supervisors have received training
courses in project management with solid theoretical basis and
rich practical experience. In addition, we have an advisory
group of senior experts in Shanghai, headed by members of Chinese
Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering, to timely
solve technical difficulties in construction.
Sanwei has a strong technical power with complete and advanced
equipments. In a decade, we have undertaken more than 600 projects
in subway, municipal road & bridge, tall building, residential
quarters, industrial project, tunnel project, decoration project,
sewage treatment, civil defense project with a total construction
area of over 5 million square meters, more than one hundred
of projects of tendering & bidding as well as cost &
technological consultation. In which, major projects in Shanghai
and other cities are civil construction and equipment installation
of several passenger stations, intervals & maintenance stations,
and civil defense works on the entire lines of Shanghai Metro
No. 1, No. 3 Metro, No. 4 Metro, No. 6 Metro, No. 8 Metro ,
No. 11 Metro, Shenzhen Metro No.1, Nanjing Metro No.1 , Beijing
Metro No.5 & No.10 Metro, Shanghai Inner Ring Viaduct, Yan-an
Road(west) Viaduct, Pudong Century Avenue, Integrated Environmental
Improvement of the Suzhou Creek, Approach to Lupu Bridge, the
Decoration of Huangpu River Bund Tourist Tunnel, Tunnel of Nanjing
